How it works
Step 1) The heart-stirring, mind-shifting, game-changing instigation day
The ETGS instigation day is the first day of your one year license to implement and embed the system into your workplace.
ETGS creator Ian Berry personally conducts this day with you and your accredited mentor will work with you throughout the day as well as during implementation and embedding (see step 2).
There are two options:
Option 1. We’re all yours
The day is tailored to specifically meet the needs of your business. Up to 20 of your employees join you for the day.
Option 2. Join other industry leaders
You join a maximum of 10 other organisations. You work on yourself and your business with up to 5 of your employees and your accredited mentor throughout the day.
You will leave this day with:

Your accredited mentor will work with you in-person and be available to you via telephone and online until such time that agreed objectives are achieved.
